Standard Texts are emails sent depending on the status of the Quote and relate to the automatically generated emails within ECM and the text portion. This is separate from the email HTML section of the email which determines the layout and contains the images and logos etc.


We can create/edit these emails under - Tools - Config - Emails - Standard Texts


The primary emails you will want to edit are:

New Quote - This is the email we send to acknowledge receipt of their request for a quote

Quote Send - This email is you sending the quote with a price back to the customer

Booking Confirmed - This email acknowledges receipt of their booking

You can use Short Codes in these emails i.e. Customer Name, Quote ID, etc.
