To change user access levels click on Tools on the Taskbar then Config. Click on site option then Standard Callbacks. Click on Add New Record and enter the details you want as a heading for your callback under title. Enter your message details under text, then choose the time parameter you want for your callback from either hours or days now click Save Changes to save your data.
