All vehicles must have a max capacity and luggage limit set. This enables us to show appropriate vehicle types dependent on passenger numbers and then relevant luggage capacity.

Process

This is an extensive list to show the possible combinations of luggage capacity dependent on the number of passengers.

If a Saloon is carrying 4 passengers the luggage capacity for 4 people would be less than 1 person traveling on their own.

Example:

Saloon 1 Pax - 3 large suitcases, 1 Carry on and hand luggage Saloon 4 Pax - Hand Luggage and Carry on

This means that 1 vehicle may have several luggage rules depending on passenger numbers.

Set the passenger and luggage limits for all combinations per vehicle type. This will avoid a problem if a large number of passengers all have luggage and cannot fit in a vehicle.

Ensure that you have configured passenger and luggage limits for all vehicle types in the system.

If passenger and luggage limits are not set they may not be visible to be selected when creating a Quote
