Canned Messages

Canned Messages: These can be added so you can create a standard response and click on the template.
To create a Canned Message for your Emails, click on Tools on the Taskbar then Config. Click on EMails then Canned Messages then click on New Canned Message.
Enter the details of your Canned Message in the text box and then click Save. Repeat this process to add more messages as required.
