Standard Texts

Standard Texts are emails sent depending on the status of the Quote.

We can create/edit these emails under - Tools - Config - Emails - Standard Texts

The primary emails you will want to edit are: New QUote - This is the email we send to acknowledge receipt of their request for a quote Quote Send - This email is you sending the quote with a price back to the customer Booking Confirmed - This email acknowledges receipt of their booking

You can use Short Codes in these emails i.e. Customer Name, Quote ID etc.

Furthur emails are editable - Thank you for your payment, pending change, driver email etc. You can also add your standard company email footer here to further personalise your emails.
