Base to Base

To set your Base to Base requirements on the system, click Tools' on the Taskbar then Config. Click Vehicle Options then Base to Base. You can choose to switch this requirement On/Off. Input your Base information in the Your Location box and click Find. Once your location has been found set your single journey time limit as desired, then click Apply.

TOOL TIPS

Base to Base Pricing: Turn on if you want your vehicles to be priced from your business location (Base) and to return to your base. The system will then price the journey from base to base instead of the pickup point and destination.

Your Location: Please enter the location where your vehicles are based so the system can calculate the base-to-base price from this location.

Single Journey limit: From the drop-down menu select the number of hours you want to limit the base-to-base calculation on your vehicle.

Pick one depot to set as a default depot.
