When ever you log out of ecoachmanager you will be prompted to make a backup. You can either select the Standard backup or the customer and affiliate backup option.

Please note that if you live in an area where you may experience occasional internet outages you can download a booking reference sheet and specify the date range to save. This can then be opened in Excel or Google Doc sheets section easily.
