Processing Customer Payment

To process a customer payment manually, open the booking by using the search facility using the booking reference number or lead passenger name. Once the booking is open click on the payment box on the right hand side and follow the TOOL TIPS below.


New Payment: Please record payment amount here once you have received from customer.

Payment Method: From the drop down box select the payment method the customer has used.

Payment Notes: Enter any notes regarding payment for this booking.

Account: This box will be filled automatically.

Account Lookup: If payment is from an account customer please enter account name here this booking will be assigned to this account customer.

Booking When Assigning: Turn on if you want this booking to be assigned to account.
