Statuses for customers can be set here to define if they are a lead, existing, or top-performing customer.


Process

Tools, Config, Customer Management

The statuses will be displayed in the order defined in this table.

They can be edited and deleted.

To add a new status select the new Status option.


Enter a name for the new customer status and then define where in the list this will be displayed by moving the status up and down using the arrow options on the right.


Keeping the customers in the right categories can quickly identify hot leads or existing customers
